Program Enrollment Fee = $450
The enrollment fee is the same for any Tier and any size home. It covers all of our administrative cost.
Job Materials and Installation Verification Fee = $185
As part of the certification process, we must verify the actual materials used and the installation process. We do this in various ways. When you use an Accredited or Participating Contractor, a coordinated, certified, Virtual Compliance Photographer performs the verification process by submitting pdf copies of supplies and taking photos of the material and all of the process to meet our specifications. The photos are captured live on the job. We have a live, real time, system that allows us to work hand-in -hand with the contractor remotely during the job performance. This reduces the cost of securing the necessary and valid verifications.
The cost for verification through an Accredited or Participating Contractor is $185. The cost for verification through a non Accredited or Participating contractor begins at $600 up, depending upon the location and the parameters of the work.
You are not required to use an Authorized Contractor, but it saves you money. If your contractor is not an Accredited or Participating Contractor, have your contractor contact us for our fast-track Contractor program.
Final Review and Processing Fee - $225
This fee covers all of the compilation of the verification documentation, file review and acceptance, and final file production.
Certification Fee - $85
The Certification Fee covers our cost of the final review and issuing of the Certificate of Compliance for your specific Tier.
Summary
The total cost for the TSSR™ Certification for any size home and any of the four TSSR™ Tiers is only $945 when using a Participating Contractor. Fees will vary and be quoted individually if you are using a Non-Authorized contractor. YOUR TSSR™ ROOF MAY BE FEE FREE WHEN USING A TSSR™ ACCREDITED CONTRACTOR
